Oak aged Lambic with 30% raspberries of Pajottenland area. Spontaneous fermentation in the bottle, not filtered. Lambic is brewed with 60% malted barley, 40% wheat, aged hops and water. This beer was created on special request from Jeppe and Henrik (Drikkeriget) whom assisted Armand Debelder in the selection of Lambic which this Framboise is made of.
