Brewery Vivant cans three beers. This is the second I’ve reviewed. It’s an abbey ale, and I use the word “fun” to describe it. Aren’t you at least a little bit curious?

Often people ask what spices are in this beer. There are none. The spiciness comes from a special yeast that we use from an Abbey Brewery in Belgium. Our secret is that we do not rush this beer. We give it the time it needs to work its magic. You can not be in a rush to make great beer.
